Service Improvement Officer

Do you have good communication skills?  Are you analytical, self-motivated and can deliver projects?

We have a vacancy within the Housing Service Improvement Team to predominately support our housing management team.   

We are looking for passionate person to support continuous improvement by developing policies, procedures and processes, undertake research and provide a performance evaluation resource.  We are maximising our offer by developing digital and online services for customers and the team, giving the perfect opportunity to develop your systems skills.  The role also supports the Service Improvement Manager in responding to new legislation and developing and implementing service improvement projects.

This post is a full time role. However, all applications will be considered.
