Are you looking for a role as part of a small but experienced, enthusiastic team delivering excellent training opportunities to the staff of 12 local authorities across Surrey?
Are you looking for a role with variety, where you can be relied on for your expertise and experience?
Do you have excellent administration skills coupled with experience of working as part of a cross-border training partnership of more than 3,000 staff?
Your high standard of customer service skills together with experience of dealing with finances are essential to the role of a Surrey Learn Administrator.
As an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills, you will have extensive experience of working with training providers across the country to meet the demands of a large public sector partnership covering the whole of Surrey.
You will need to work flexibly to ensure there is admin cover every day to ensure any queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
You need to be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all partnership members to be the “go-to” contact for all queries in relation to bookings, invoices and our website.
This post is funded by Surrey Learn. The contract is part time, 12 hours per week to be worked flexibly.
