We are looking to recruit a motivated individuals to join our current housing team, to deliver an effective and responsive service to all our residents.

You will manage a patch of approximately 600 properties and duties will include dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy management such as mutual exchanges, viewings, sign ups, property condition and general housing enquiries. Multi -agency working with Surrey police, mental health, and social services.

The candidate will be required to have good communication skills, commitment to high levels of customer service, team player and knowledge/experience of housing management or in a similar role.

These posts are full time roles. However, all applications will be considered.
