Service Improvement Manager
This role will lead on ensuring that the Council delivers a social housing service that provides safe homes and quality services by:
- Leading and managing policy and performance initiatives.
- Monitoring and developing performance management arrangements.
- Work with service managers to implement improvement plans.
The post holder will work closely with the Assistant Director of Housing in shaping and developing the service to excellence.
We are seeking an exceptional social housing professional with a strong knowledge base and the ability to think strategically and to translate policy into practice.
This post is a full-time role 37 hours per week. However, all applications will be considered.
