An opportunity has arisen within The Property Services Team at Waverley Borough Council for a Planned Works Surveyor – Aids & Adaptations.

Operational Accountabilities:

The delivery of Adaptations in residents’ homes

To be responsible for all aspects of the contract administration including day to day oversight of work in progress

To establish robust relationships with our contractors to ensure delivery of high-quality cost-effective work.

Provide professional assessments with the tenants including the specification, scope and detailed plans of required works, from minor adaptations, to major upgrade works.

To deliver projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, meeting the required quality standards that provide value for money within agreed budgetary thresholds.
