This is an exciting opportunity to develop a new role as part of a forward thinking team, using innovative and proactive ways of working to manage a complex caseload.
As an Income Officer, you will be required to work with different teams across housing operations in a constructive and positive way.
You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills and an understanding of recovery processes for rent and recharges.
