Vacancy Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing Operations team for experienced Planned Works Surveyor to join our capital investment and improvement team.

Are you a qualified and experienced building surveyor who has managed the delivery of large scale planned maintenance and capital improvement projects? Do you have experience or knowledge of retro fit energy efficiency projects to help the Council achieve its target to be carbon neutral by 2030?
